A note that lives on your Android home screen. You type it or draw it, pick a paper design and a theme, and the widget shows it until you change it. It is meant for short everyday notes, not long documents.

From the home screen itself: touch and hold an empty space, tap Widgets, find Another Note, then touch, hold and drag it into place. The how-to has the details.

On most phones, yes. Add the widget once for each note. Some devices do not allow more than one copy of the same widget, and on those only one note can be shown.

The phone is blocking the app from starting in the background. Allow auto-start for Another Note Widget. On Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco that is under Security, Permissions, Autostart; on Oppo under Security center, Privacy permissions, Auto-run management. Full paths are in the troubleshooting section.

Check that the app is installed on internal storage rather than an SD card. Widgets on removable storage are often not offered by Android.

Some home-screen themes do not support resizable widgets; try the default one. Or open the note, go to Settings and set Size to STATIC.

For a cut-off note, change Widget margins in the note’s Settings. For a note that got smaller after an update, set Image Quality to Very Good or Good.

Yes. Each note has a Text tab and a Drawing tab, and a note can use both.

Yes. Every design, theme, font and colour, typing and drawing, sharing and History are in the free version. The free version shows ads; the Play listing carries a Contains ads badge.

No. It is a one-time purchase. It is charged once, never renews, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards.

Check that Google Play on the phone is signed in with the Google account you paid with, then restart the app. Purchases are recorded by Google Play against that account. If the purchase does not appear in your Google Play order history, contact Google Play.

A one-time purchase belongs to your Google account, not to the phone. Sign in to Google Play with the same account on the new phone.

Refunds for Google Play purchases are requested from Google Play under its refund policy. Where you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights also apply. This website never takes a payment and cannot see purchases.

On your phone. The developer states that notes are stored locally on the device, and the app works without an internet connection.

The developer states that the ads use device IDs to show relevant ads, and that note content is never accessed or shared.

The declaration says approximate location may be collected and shared for advertising. The app does not ask for the location permission, so this is the rough location ad networks infer from your internet connection, not GPS.

The developer offers no deletion request, because there is no account held for you. The data in question is advertising and crash-reporting data. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, usually under Settings, Google, Ads. Uninstalling the app removes your notes from the phone.

The developer does not describe a cloud backup. History keeps old notes on the same phone. If a note matters, share it to yourself as an image as well.

That label appears on the listing next to the Everyone rating. Sharing a note to social media or a messaging app is the feature in the app that matches it. Nothing is shared unless you do it.

No. The app is installed from Google Play only, and this site never offers an installable file. An APK offered anywhere else did not come from the developer.
